Shipping and Returns

All orders are normally processed on the same business day, if received before 10am EST. If orders are placed on the weekend, on a holiday or after 10am they will be processed on the following business day.

Orders that qualify for free shipping are shipped with USPS Ground Advantage. If you are not using flat rate shipping, the shipping costs are based on the weight of the items purchased and the location where the package is being delivered. All items are shipped with USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

In Store pickup is available at our Providence location. We will call or email you as soon as your order is ready. Please pick up your order during business hours after you receive our call. If you would like to pick up at our Wickford store please call us at 401-621-9092 after you place your order.

Store and Online Purchases may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for merchandise exchange or store credit only. Store credit will be saved under your account either in store or online and never expires. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by a receipt, or be saved under your customer history.  Close-out merchandise is final sale.
