Shipping & Returns
All orders are normaly processed on the same business day, if received before 10am EST. If orders are placed on the weekend, on a holiday or after 10am they will be processed on the following business day.
Curb Side Pickup
Curb side pick up is available at our Providence and Wickford locations, please select appropriate location at checkout. We will call you as soon as your order is ready at the store of your choosing. Please pick up your order during business hours after you receive our call. Once you arrive at the store call us (Providence 401-621-9092 / Wickford 401-295-0086) and we will bring your package out to you. We will place it in your trunk or on your passenger seat.
If you are not using flat rate shipping, the shipping costs are based on the weight of the items purchased and the location where the package is being delivered. All items are shipped with USPS or UPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been processed. UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Store purchases may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for exchange or store credit only. Items must be accompanied by a receipt, or be saved under your customer history. Close-out merchandise is final sale.
Online purchases may be returned up to 30 days after purchase for a refund of the same tender used. All close-out merchandise is final sale. Returnable items must be in original condition. Orders may be returned to one of our store locations with the packing slip or mailed to our corporate office at:

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
